Welcome to TYLNT. By accessing our website, products, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
The usage of TYLNT's website, goods, and services is governed by these terms and conditions. You attest that you have read, comprehended, and accepted these terms by interacting with TYLNT. TYLNT maintains the right, at any moment and without previous notice, to alter or change these terms.
TYLNT provides construction equipment, accessories, replacement parts, and associated services. Product availability, specs, and descriptions are all subject to change at any time. Pictures and illustrations may not match real products; they are merely for reference.
Every quote that TYLNT offers is only good for a limited time. Market circumstances, availability, taxes, levies, and shipping expenses can all affect prices. When the order is accepted, the final price will be verified.
Orders are only validated if TYLNT has accepted them in writing and received the agreed-upon payment terms. Contracts or invoices will outline terms, conditions, and payment dates. Order suspension or service delays could arise from late payments.
Delivery schedules are estimates that could change because of site conditions, logistics, or unanticipated events. Delays brought on by circumstances outside of TYLNT's control are not its responsibility. Support for installation or commissioning, if offered, will be governed by different conditions of the agreement.
Machinery and parts supplied by TYLNT are covered under manufacturer warranty terms, where applicable. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper operation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or lack of proper maintenance.
After-sales service, maintenance support, and technical assistance are provided based on service agreements or availability. TYLNT reserves the right to determine the scope and nature of support provided for each project or product.
To preserve machine functionality and warranty validity, only authentic or authorized spare parts provided by TYLNT should be utilized. Damages brought on by the use of unapproved parts are not TYLNT's responsibility.
The customer bears the obligation of ensuring that machinery is operated by qualified and trained persons in compliance with applicable laws, operating instructions, and safety regulations. TYLNT is not responsible for mishaps or losses brought on by incorrect operation.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as lost revenue, project delays, or business interruption, are not TYLNT's responsibility. Any liability will be restricted to the cost of the given good or service.
Every piece of information on the TYLNT website, including text, photos, logos, and trademarks, belongs to TYLNT and cannot be duplicated, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
Unless mandated by law, any private information sent between TYLNT and its clients will be kept private and never shared with outside parties.
Events outside of TYLNT's reasonable control, such as natural catastrophes, government acts, supply chain interruptions, or other unanticipated situations, will not be held accountable for performance failure or delays.
